Minor in Chemistry

A Chemistry Minor provides students with a foundational understanding of chemical principles and their applications across science, medicine, technology, and industry. Students pursuing a minor in chemistry need complete coursework in general chemistry I & II, organic chemistry I & II, and analytical chemistry, along with two (2) CHEM courses numbered above 300 level. This program complements majors in fields such as biology, environmental science, engineering, health sciences, and even business by developing analytical thinking, laboratory skills, and problem-solving abilities.
